Florian Kendlbacher has a strong and extensive work experience in the engineering field. Florian started their career in 2000 at Jenbacher Energiesysteme AG as a Betriebselektriker Entwicklungsprüfstände. Florian then moved to GE Jenbacher in 2003 where they worked as a Qualitätsspezialist Prüfstandsmesstechnik until 2010, before becoming a Technical Leader Team Prüfstandsmesstechnik until 2014. In 2014, Florian joined GE Power as a Lead Test Engineer, a position they held until 2018. Currently, they are working at INNIO Group as a Lead Test Engineer. Throughout their career, Florian has gathered significant expertise and knowledge in the engineering field.

Florian Kendlbacher completed their education at the following institutions:

- From 1996 to 2000, they attended Tiroler Fachberufsschule für Elektrotechnik, Kommunikation und Elektronik, where they obtained a degree in Betriebselektriker.

- From 2001 to 2003, they attended Berufsförderungsinstitut Tirol and earned a degree in Informationstechnologie as a Werkmeister.

- Lastly, from 2003 to 2007, they studied at Höhere Technische Bundeslehr- und Versuchsanstalt Innsbruck, specializing in Elektronik/Nachrichtentechnik and achieving an Ingenieur degree.
