Judith Schlichtherle

Judith Schlichtherle is an experienced professional in HR operations, currently serving as the Lead HR Operations Project Manager at INNIO Group since September 2018. Prior to this role, Judith held various positions at GE from May 2010 to March 2018, including HR Projects Manager and HR Operations Team Leader, where responsibilities included managing complex business integrations, leading HR teams, and driving operational excellence across multiple regions. Additional experience includes serving as an HR Process Expert and Transition Specialist, where Judith was instrumental in the establishment of a Shared Services Centre and managing HR processes for over 2400 employees. Judith began their career with an internship in Human Resources at GE Jenbacher. Judith holds a Magister degree in Management & Law from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School®.
