Sam Henshaw

Sam Henshaw is a seasoned professional in supplier quality management, currently serving as a Senior Supplier Quality Manager at INNIO Group since July 2025. Prior experience includes significant roles at BRP, where responsibilities encompassed managing new product development activities, leading a team of development buyers, and overseeing supplier quality initiatives from May 2014 to June 2025. Earlier roles include Supplier Quality Engineer and Team Lead in Supplier Quality at Bobcat Company, as well as a Manufacturing Engineer Co-op. Sam's career began at Serv-Ice, where product delivery was managed. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Machinery Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned between 2009 and 2014, and graduated from Oshkosh North High School in 2009.
