Mhairi Furneaux

Mhairi Furneaux is an accomplished Operations and Training Manager and General Manager with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving at The Innis & Gunn Brewing Company Ltd since August 2018, and formerly as General Manager at Innis & Gunn’s Taproom on Ashton Lane. Mhairi has held various leadership positions at G1 Group, including Area General Manager, and previously at Hillhead Bookclub and multiple roles within G1 Group PLC. Early career experience includes bartending and bar supervision at Montpelliers and G1 Group PLC. Mhairi holds a Bachelor of Laws LLB (Hons) with French from the University of Glasgow and completed an Erasmus year studying Law in French language at Aix-Marseille University.
