Carla MacDonald

Carla MacDonald (McCracken) currently serves as the Deputy Fire Chief for the Town of Innisfil since January 2022. Prior to this role, Carla held the position of Assistant Deputy Chief at the City of Hamilton from September 2006 to January 2022, where responsibilities included oversight of Fire Prevention, Community Safety & Planning, and Facilities. Earlier experience includes serving as Community Emergency Management Coordinator for the County of Dufferin and an Emergency Planning Student at the City of Vaughan. Carla's educational background includes a Master in Environmental Studies with a focus on Disaster Management from York University and a Bachelor of Science in Honours Biology with Environmental Science from Western University.
