Lauren Small has over a decade of experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Manager, People & Talent at the Town of Innisfil since August 2017. Previous roles include positions as a People & Talent Leader and People & Talent Developer at the same organization. Prior to this, Lauren worked as a Human Resources Coordinator for the Town of East Gwillimbury for four years and held a position in Administration for Fire & Emergency Services at the Town of Richmond Hill. Lauren holds an Adult Teaching & Training Certificate from Georgian College, earned in 2018, and has completed additional education at Seneca Polytechnic and Georgian College between 2008 and 2016.
