Olivia Papa currently serves as a People and Talent Associate and previously held the role of People and Talent Advocate at the Town of Innisfil since September 2023. Before this position, Olivia accumulated extensive retail experience at Call It Spring from October 2018 to September 2023, where roles included Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Sales Lead. Additional experience includes a Sales Associate position at Mastermind Toys in late 2019, as well as roles as a Sales Associate at SAIL from October 2017 to August 2018 and as an Associate at Splitsville Entertainment from October 2015 to October 2017. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University, completed in May 2022, and pursued further education at Georgian College from 2022 to 2023.
