Morteza Gharaee

Morteza Gharaee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, venture capital, and business analysis. Currently serving as the DMZ Innisfil Incubator Program Coordinator since February 2022, Morteza supports entrepreneurs by developing strategic frameworks and evaluating startups for support. As a member of Innovation Boost Zone, Morteza founded a fashion marketplace startup and successfully navigated all stages of the Norman Esch awards. Previous roles include Startup Coach for ten seed-stage startups, Venture Capital Principal at Harkat Aval and AddVentures, and Senior Business Analyst at MTN. Morteza's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Toronto Metropolitan University, an MBA from Sharif University of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from K. N. Toosi University of Technology.
