Tom Rasinen has 20 years of experience as the Director of Sales at Innisfree Hotels. Prior to that, they served as the Resident Manager and Director of Marketing at Perdido Beach Resort for 12 years. Before that, they worked as the Resident Manager at Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa for 3 years.

Tom Rasinen received their High School Diploma from Estill County High School. Tom then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Florida State University - College of Business.
