Selva Venkatesh

Selva Venkatesh has been in the IT industry since 2012. Selva began their career at Congruent Solutions as an Intern in 2012. In 2013, they joined Kumaran Systems as a Marketing Analyst and Ramco Systems as a Project Trainee - Intern. At Ramco Systems, they worked on banking analytics projects and learned about documenting report requirements, preparing test cases, and various features of Ramco's BI tool.

From 2015 to 2018, Selva Venkatesh worked at Ramco Systems as a Business Analyst - Analytics, Consultant - Analytics, and Consultant - Analytics. In 2018, they joined Agira Technologies as a Senior Business Analyst and worked on Blockchain and Analytics projects.

Currently, Selva Venkatesh is a Lead Business Analyst at Innive Inc. Selva is responsible for the BRD, Functional testing, and Co-creation of multiple products. Selva is also acting as the functional SPOC in the development of Analytics product (KPIs and Executive Dashboards) and K-12 Applications for US School districts. Selva is analyzing the LMS applications, API data from different data sources and working with onsite team to ideate the Analytics product and Applications. Selva also played an active role in the development and delivery of a comprehensive analytics product for CIOs and Principals to identify the achievement and progress of students and teachers in each class, tracking connectivity, engagement, usage, assignment submissions, literacy achievement, including comparison of performance across time periods to identify gaps or improvements during COVID times.

Selva Venkatesh has a comprehensive education history. In 2011, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Systems & Marketing from SSN School of Management. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from National Engineering College, Kovilpatti in 2011. In addition, Selva Venkatesh also has several certifications, including Customer Analytics from Coursera obtained in 2021, IBM Blockchain Essentials Certification from IBM obtained in 2019, Duolingo German Fluency: Beginner (Estimated) from Duolingo obtained in 2016, and IBM Certified Database Associate - DB2 Fundamentals from IBM obtained in 2010.
