Karthik R is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and engineering leadership. As the Founder and Director of NeoTrack and InnoBoon since 2014 and 2019 respectively, Karthik has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills while also contributing significantly to Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Private Limited from 2010 to 2016 as a Technology Architect, where responsibilities included leading a device encapsulation team and engaging with customers for requirement specifications. Prior experience includes serving as a Systems Engineer at Accord Software and Systems Pvt Ltd, focusing on GPS chipset development. Karthik holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University Chennai and has furthered education with programs in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Financial Reporting.
