Chalsea-Blaze Chen

Chalsea-Blaze Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data science, analytics, and product management. Currently, Chen serves as the Founder of DIMSUMX, a community platform focused on Data and AI discussions. In the role of CRM Analytics Manager and Data Science Consultant at INNOCEAN USA since April 2017, Chen manages data science projects and develops analytics strategies to drive business decisions for Hyundai's Dealer Advertising Association. Previous leadership positions include co-founding Concon and Creatabu, as well as serving as a product manager at Alatting. Chalsea-Blaze Chen's experience encompasses providing analytics support for notable brands while delivering creative campaign optimizations and user experience improvements. Chen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Southern California, supplemented with studies at USC's Marshall School of Business and Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.
