Quoc Lu

Quoc Lu is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in advertising and design. Currently serving as Vice President and Group Creative Director at INNOCEAN USA since 2025, Quoc Lu previously held the position of Senior Vice President and Group Creative Director at Leo Burnett, focusing on Cadillac from January 2022 to September 2024. Quoc Lu's career also includes a role at Apple as Marcom Creative, where the focus was on art and design direction from October 2018 to January 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as Global Associate Creative Director at The Designory, leading creative projects for Intel, and as Senior Art Director at Team One, where Quoc Lu managed campaigns for various high-profile clients. Additional roles include Lead Interactive Designer at SK+G Advertising and Art Director at Boyd Communications, overseeing a wide range of projects across print, digital, and broadcast media. Quoc Lu holds a BA in Graphic Design and Marketing Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
