Lester Perry has a strong background in advertising and marketing, with experience in various roles at different companies. Lester began their career at Publicis Advertising as an Account Executive, where they managed email campaigns and presented competitive presentations to clients. Lester then moved up to the role of Account Manager, where they coordinated multiple projects and designed information architecture for campaigns. At Publicis, they also served as an Account Director, working with clients such as Fiat, Alfa Romeo, and Masterfoods. Lester took on a short-term client project and turned it into a long-term partnership, becoming one of the largest accounts at the agency.

Perry then moved on to Publicis Arc Worldwide as a Senior Account Director, where they played a key role in winning accounts for Aflac, Samsung, Cable & Wireless, and Foxwoods Casino. Lester also served as a liaison manager between the UK and US offices, sharing ideas and insights with agency partners.

After that, Perry worked at VML London as a Senior Account Director, where they developed and managed digital communications strategies for clients such as Norwich Union. Lester'sefforts resulted in winning The AA business and leading an eight-person team.

Perry then joined Publicis Modem as a VP and Associate Director of Marketing, where they were responsible for leading marketing efforts for General Mills' champion adult cereal brands. Lester grew revenue by 100% between 2007-2009 and increased bottom line by 15% through identifying production efficiencies.

Next, Perry worked at T3 as a VP and Group Account Director, overseeing strategic oversight for clients such as Chase Credit Cards and Coca-Cola. Lester won new business that represented 20% of the company's revenue share and pitched and won the Sprite digital AOR.

Currently, Perry is working at INNOCEAN Worldwide as a VP and Group Account Director. Lester has been part of the pitch team that won two new clients, FootJoy Golf and TaylorMade Golf. Lester is also responsible for managing an account team of 20+ people and leading the project for launching MY2017 Hyundai Elantra.

Lester Perry completed their Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Bournemouth University between 1996 and 1999.
