Celeste C. Vargas

Celeste C. Vargas is currently working as a Case Analyst at the Innocence Project, evaluating potential innocence claims and managing a docket of cases. Previously, Vargas worked at the Winston-Salem Police Department as a Senior Office Assistant in the Training Division, where Celeste C. assisted with administrative operations, payroll, and finance activities. Vargas also worked in the Criminal Investigations Division, providing victim assistance, domestic violence awareness services, and forensic services such as responding to crime scenes, collecting evidence, and testifying in court. Vargas is currently a student in the Esthetics Program at Christine Valmy, expected to graduate in April 2023.
