Program and Operations Team

The Program and Operations Team at the Innocence Project is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of programs that support the organization's mission to exonerate wrongfully convicted individuals. This team coordinates various initiatives, ensures operational efficiency, develops training and resources, and fosters collaboration with stakeholders, ultimately enhancing the organization’s capacity to reform the criminal justice system and advocate for systemic change.
