Benji Inwood

Benji Inwood has a varied work experience spanning multiple industries. Benji currently holds the position of Head of Operations, UK&I at innocent drinks, a role they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Convenience and Impulse at innocent drinks from May 2019 to May 2023. In this role, they managed a team of National Account Managers and successfully doubled the business's size.

Before joining innocent drinks, Benji worked at Diageo from 2014 to 2019, where they held multiple roles. Benji was the Head of Field Sales, Impulse and Wholesale from November 2017 to May 2019, responsible for leading a large sales team and delivering significant incremental distribution points. Prior to this, they served as the Sponsorship Manager from November 2015 to November 2017, overseeing the planning and execution of Diageo Europe's sponsorship and events program. Benji also worked as an Executive in Corporate Relations from September 2014 to November 2015.

Earlier in their career, Benji worked at The Advertising Association as an External Affairs Manager from September 2012 to September 2014. Benji also held the position of Researcher at Westminster Forum Projects from February 2012 to September 2012.

In terms of editorial experience, Benji worked as an Editorial Intern in the Sports department at The Guardian Limited in 2011. Benji also served as a freelance writer for sport at The Argentina Independent and as an Editorial Intern in the Sports department at The Independent in 2010.
