Emily Wakeford

Emily Wakeford has a diverse work experience in supply chain management and operations. Emily currently holds the position of Supply Chain Lead at innocent drinks, where they have been working since 2016. In this role, they oversee the supply chain and ensures efficient operations.

Prior to joining innocent drinks, Emily worked at Unilever for four years. During their time there, they served as a Manufacturing Excellence Manager and took on additional responsibilities as a Unit Manager for Hellmann's mayonnaise production. Emily was also part of the Unilever Future Leaders Programme in Supply Chain, where they gained experience as a Project Manager and Customer Replenishment Specialist.

Emily has also held various internships and project roles at companies like graze.com, Bakkavor, Siemens Industry, Bain & Company, Smurfit Kappa Group, and Prodrive. These experiences have allowed their to develop skills in process improvement, waste stream handling, and lean manufacturing.

Emily'searly work experience includes industrial placements at innocent drinks and Siemens, where they worked on cost forecasting and LED streetlighting feasibility projects respectively.

Emily Wakeford attended The Thomas Hardye School & Sixth Form from 2006 to 2008, where they completed their A Levels in Maths, Further Maths, Physics, and Chemistry. From 2008 to 2012, they studied Manufacturing Engineering at the University of Cambridge, earning an MEng degree.
