Kelsey Baxter-Sibley

Kelsey Baxter-Sibley currently holds the position of Logistics Buyer at Innocent Drinks since June 2024. Previously, Kelsey served as Operations Manager at Packfleet from November 2022 to June 2024, and worked at Amazon as an Area Manager from August 2021 to November 2022, where responsibilities included managing a team of up to 40 associates and significantly reducing defect rates. Kelsey also gained research experience as a Carceral Geography Research Assistant at the University of Birmingham in 2021, and has diverse hospitality experience from roles at Devon and Exeter Squash & Racketball Club, Fresh Ideas (University of Exeter), Exeter City Football Club, and Signs Express Exeter. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Birmingham, completed in 2021.
