Phil Mitchell

Phil Mitchell possesses extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Technical & Responsible Sourcing Manager at innocent drinks since May 2018, following a role as Technical Operations Manager. Previously, Phil worked at Marks and Spencer as a Food Technologist specializing in Grocery, Juice, and Soft Drinks from February 2013 to May 2018. Additional experience includes positions at Kitchen Range Foods as a Technical Officer, The Silver Spoon Company as Technical Manager and Food Development Technologist, and Whitworth Bros as a Laboratory Assistant. Early career experience includes an analyst position at RAGT. Phil holds a Master of Arts in Creative Writing from The Open University, a Master of Science in Food Science, Safety & Health from Heriot-Watt University, and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Environmental Science from Nottingham Trent University.
