Gemma Batiao

Gemma Batiao is an experienced Operations Manager at Innodata Inc. since September 2023, where responsibilities include leading a team of 54 professionals, comprising analysts and team leads, with a focus on strategic guidance and mentorship. Prior to this role, Gemma served as an Analyst in the AI/LLM Practice, specializing in crafting responses for training large language models and providing transcriptions for AI training data. Gemma also has experience as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at the Public Health Biology Research and Innovations Laboratory, where laboratory experiments were conducted involving techniques such as polymerase chain reaction and DNA extraction.
