Jack S. Abuhoff

Jack Abuhoff is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. As CEO of Innodata Inc. since December 1999, Jack oversees a global technology and data engineering firm that supports major technology companies with generative AI development. In addition, Jack serves as Parent Company CEO for both Agility PR Solutions, recognized for customer satisfaction and innovation in PR workflows using generative AI, and Synodex, which facilitates digital underwriting for leading life insurance firms. Previously, Jack held significant positions at Charles River Associates, Chadbourne & Parke LLP, and White & Case LLP, showcasing strong expertise in international business and legal transactions. Jack holds a Doctor of Law degree from Harvard Law School and an A.B. in English Language and Literature from Columbia College.
