Parul Arora is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Innodata Inc. since August 2019, Parul also held roles as General Manager of Human Resources for Icon Resources & Technologies and co-founded ALAZNE, providing corporate training and guest lectures. With a strong focus on aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, implementing best practices, and enhancing employee engagement, Parul has demonstrated expertise in performance management, organizational development, and employee retention initiatives.
