Prior to this role, Elias held the position of Group Head of Business Control, focusing on strategy, planning, and financial modeling for a European sustainable energy initiative. Elias's earlier experience at TNT Express spanned from 2002 to 2014, where skills in cost modeling, profitability analysis, and pricing management were honed in various finance and operations roles.
