Oana Penu

Oana Penu is an experienced professional with a strong background in European studies, entrepreneurship, and business development. Currently serving as the InnoEnergy Skills Institute Director and EIT Project Officer at EIT InnoEnergy, Oana has previously held significant roles including Head of Government Affairs and Business to Government for Central and Eastern Europe at Philips, EU Policy and Funding Director at Schuman Associates, and Business Developer/Project Manager at STELLA Consulting. Oana holds a Master's degree in European Studies and Globalisation and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Economics, both from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
