Xavier Arola

Xavier Arola is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in financial strategy and entrepreneurship. As Partner-CEO at KinEtix Impact since January 2020, Xavier specializes in business and financial strategy consulting, venture building, and venture debt and equity. As the Founder-Director of G-Accelerator, Xavier leads an incubator and accelerator program dedicated to social impact projects. Currently serving as Head of Careers and Entrepreneurship Services and a professor at GBSB Global Business School, Xavier also mentors startups for several organizations, including EIT Food, Ship2B Foundation, and EIT Urban Mobility, while advising the Generalitat de Catalunya in strategy and resources. With a strong academic background in economics and finance from institutions such as IESE Business School and Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Xavier is committed to driving innovation and growth within diverse sectors.
