Scott McCarthy

Scott McCarthy serves as a Program Manager at Innoflight, Inc. since 2019, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Director of Engineering at Qualcomm (2006 - 2018), where oversight of digital design for mixed signal product lines occurred. Prior to Qualcomm, Scott held positions at Nokia as Line Manager and Lead Engineer (1999 - 2006), managing an ASIC team and leading modem and SOC design projects. Scott’s early career includes roles at Applied Digital Access (1995 - 1999) as System Engineer and Lead Engineer, Boeing (1989 - 1995) as Lead Engineer, and General Dynamics (1985 - 1989) as Design Engineer, focusing on hardware design and ASIC development across various applications. Scott earned a BS with Honors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UCLA.
