Annette Otto

Annette Otto serves as the SVP of Group People & Culture at GlobalConnect since April 2023 and holds multiple board positions, including membership roles at Enemærke & Petersen a/s, IT Forum Gruppen A/S, PlusKort, Burnblock®, DANSK HR, and Aety. Otto also operates Annette Otto Consulting, which focuses on aligning organization and culture with strategic objectives. Previously, Otto was the SVP of People, Brand & Sustainability at Atea Danmark, where significant achievements included re-establishing the brand's external position and enhancing internal pride through various initiatives post-2018. Otto has a strong academic background with degrees from Copenhagen Business School.
