Boris Daniel Lancheros Monsalve is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in executive leadership, venture capital, and education. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Lanchmon and Managing Partner of a Private Credit Fund at Innogen Capital Ventures, Boris also contributes as M&A Teaching Faculty at Harvard University and mentors emerging talent in venture capital through programs at Pygma, Mana Tech, and Universidad de La Sabana. Formerly a key member at Endeavor Catalyst, Boris played a vital role in finance and operations analytics within one of the leading global venture investment firms. With a strong educational background including a Master's in Finance from Hult International Business School, a Master's in Performance and Risk Management from IMT Atlantique, and a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes, Boris has co-founded and directed 3L Arquitectura S.A.S, and held positions at Equity Advisors.
