Lokesh Venkataswamy

Lokesh Venkataswamy has a diverse work experience that spans several roles and companies. Lokesh started their career at Larsen & Toubro Limited in 1992 as a Mechanical Designer and worked there until 2004. During their time at Larsen & Toubro, they also held the position of Intellectual Property Management Officer.

In 2004, Lokesh joined Innomantra Consulting Private Limited and served as the CEO from 2010 to 2011. Innomantra is a digital, innovation, and intellectual property consulting firm. As CEO, Lokesh played a key role in providing end-to-end solutions to clients focused on building a competitive position through innovation.

Lokesh Venkataswamy completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law with a specialization in Patent Management & Portfolio Management from the National Law School of India University, from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2004, they pursued a PGDBA (MBA) in Marketing Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Lokesh Venkataswamy has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they completed a course on Design Thinking & Innovation from Harvard Business School Online. In 2020, they received a certification on ISO 56000 Innovation Management from Quest Management Inc USA. Further, in 2018, they acquired a certification on Advanced Methods of Teaching and Coaching Innovation Management from ISPIM - International Society for Professional Innovation Management. In the same year, they also obtained a Design Thinker Practitioner's Certificate from KPMG India. Prior to that, in 2016, they completed a course on Design Thinking - Insights to Inspiration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Lokesh also obtained a certification on Design & Evaluation of Innovation Policy in Developing Countries in 2009 from Social Entrepreneurship and Public Policy: UNU-MERIT. Recently, in 2021, they completed a course on Social/Behavioral Research with Human, SBR - Basic Course I from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
