Jeff Arsenault

Jeff Arsenault is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and development within the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as Sr Manager of Business Product Services at Innomar Strategies since March 2020, Arsenault focuses on developing and maintaining product strategy and roadmaps in alignment with business services and regulatory requirements. Previously, as Director of EMR Product Management at TELUS Health, Arsenault led product strategy for five EMR products and guided a team of analysts in requirement analysis. During a 14-year tenure at Nightingale Informatix, Arsenault held positions from Vice President of Research and Development to Product Manager, where responsibilities included defining product strategies, overseeing large teams, and managing product roadmaps to align with market needs. Arsenault earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of New Brunswick.
