Timothy Allen

Creative Director at Innomark Communications

Timothy Allen has over 17 years of work experience in the design industry. Timothy started their career as an Industrial Design Intern at MeadWestvaco (MWV) in 2002, where they developed conceptual work for office and school supplies. In 2003, they joined Procter & Gamble as an Industrial Design Intern, collaborating with engineering to improve user interaction with Tide packaging.

In 2004, Timothy worked as an Interior Designer on a contract basis for Procter & Gamble, where they planned and coordinated the development of an off-site design studio. Timothy then transitioned to the role of Graphic Designer (for Adecco), where they researched emerging fragrance trends and applied them to new products. Timothy also organized monthly meetings for designers and engineers to evaluate scents.

In 2006, Timothy joined Sonoco as a Structural Designer, leading the design process for point-of-purchase displays for various clients, including Scotts Lawn Care. In 2009, they joined InnoMark Communications as a Creative Director, responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions for temporary and permanent display executions. Timothy served as the lead designer for Spirit Halloween and Pepsi accounts.

Throughout their career, Timothy has demonstrated their expertise in design conceptualization, project management, CAD layout, and coordination with vendors.

Timothy Allen earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Industrial Design from the University of Cincinnati, where they studied from 1999 to 2004.
