Shantadeepa Pani

Shantadeepa Pani has worked in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition fields for over 10 years. Shantadeepa began their career in 2009 as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Ranbaxy, where they contributed to the development of marketing strategies, conducted market research on rival products, and designed and implemented marketing plans for company products. In 2011, they moved to Signature Staff Pvt. Ltd. as a Human Resources Executive. In 2012, they joined Business Intelligence Professionals Pvt. Ltd. as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and, more recently, they have been working as a Talent Acquisition Account Manager for InnoMethods Corporation.

Shantadeepa Pani completed their Bachelor of Science degree from Utkal University in 2008, followed by a Master of Business Administration degree from IBCS,SOA University in 2010.
