Douwe Lycklama

Douwe Lycklama is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital transactions, payments, and identity management. As Vice President at Innopay since July 2003, Douwe has led initiatives in data sharing across various sectors and will continue this role at Oliver Wyman following the integration of Innopay in March 2024. Douwe also serves as a Non Executive Board Member of the Holland Fintech Association and has held multiple advisory positions, including with the Global Payment Summit and various international payment summits. Prior roles include leadership in developing the eHerkenning b2b eID Trust Framework for the Dutch Government and co-founding a mobile payment service provider. Douwe holds a Master's degree in Electrotechnical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a propaedeuse in Business Administration from Nyenrode Business University.
