Pepijn Groen

Pepijn Groen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and consulting. Currently serving as a Manager at INNOPAY since May 2015, Pepijn has progressed through roles as a Senior Consultant and Consultant. Prior experience includes a tenure at Delta Lloyd from February 2009 to April 2015, where responsibilities encompassed Project Lead and Chairman of the Young Talent Network committees, along with a position as Insurance Risk Trainee. Pepijn holds a Master’s degree in Bestuur & Organisatiewetenschappen from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, completed in 2009, and has further developed leadership skills through programs at De Baak - Instituut voor leiderschap, ondernemerschap en persoonlijke ontwikkeling, including a course on Personal Effectiveness in Change Management in 2013.
