Carmela Manzo

Carmela Manzo has over 25 years of experience in various roles related to employee benefits and payroll management. Carmela is currently the Director Total Rewards at Innophos since November 2020. Before that, they worked as the Sr Benefits Manager NA at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics from April 2018 to November 2020. Prior to that, they served as an Employee Benefits Manager/Plan Administrator at Cigna from October 2015 to April 2018.

From 2014 to 2015, Carmela held the position of Director, Benefits & Payroll at Sungard Availability Services where they demonstrated expertise in employee benefits, leave administration, wellness, 401(k), payroll, and worker's compensation. Carmela managed these functions for over 2,000 benefits-eligible employees in the US and Canada.

Before Sungard Availability Services, Carmela worked at ACTS Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. as the Director of Employee Wellness and Benefits from September 2009 to March 2014. Carmela also served as the Benefits Manager at Carrier Clinic from January 2007 to September 2009 and as the Employee Benefits Manager at Complete HealthCare Resources, Inc. from June 2003 to September 2006.

Carmela began their career as an Employee Benefits and Payroll Manager at Patient Care in September 1994, where they worked for almost a decade until June 2003. Overall, they have a proven track record of delivering superior results and expertise in building benefit plan designs and payroll systems.

Carmela Manzo obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Montclair State University, which they attended from 1987 to 1992.
