Jim McDonnell

Jim McDonnell has extensive experience in business management, particularly in the food and beverage ingredients and chemical industries. Since May 2004, McDonnell has served as Business Manager for Innophos, Inc, overseeing global operations with accountability for profit and loss, strategic planning, and marketing efforts. Previous roles include Business Manager for Poly Acid and SPA Catalyst, where responsibilities included managing marketing, forecasting, and pricing strategies. Prior to Innophos, McDonnell worked at Rhodia as Business Manager, focusing on enhancing financial performance and executing strategic marketing plans for the Decorative Coatings and Adhesives Business Unit in North America. McDonnell holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas and a BS in Business from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
