Joshua Horenstein

Joshua Horenstein has a extensive and varied work experience in the legal and human resources field. Joshua most recently worked at Innophos as the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal and Human Resources Officer & Corporate Secretary. Prior to that, they held various roles at Innophos including Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, Interim Chief Human Resources Officer, Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, Acting Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, General Counsel for Specialty Ingredients and Nutrition, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, Assistant General Counsel, and Corporate Counsel and M&A Attorney.

Before joining Innophos, Joshua worked as the Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Rock Your Phone, Inc. Joshua also gained experience as a Business and Corporate Attorney at Flaster Greenberg PC, where they focused on business transactions, particularly in mergers and acquisitions. Joshua began their legal career as a Corporate and Securities Attorney at Pepper Hamilton LLP and as an Attorney at Ballard, Spahr, Andrews, & Ingersoll, LLP.

Joshua Horenstein completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Penn State University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Joshua then pursued further education at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School from 2000 to 2003, earning their Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
