Lesley Allen

Lesley Allen is an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a diverse background in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving at Innophos since May 2020 in roles as Talent Acquisition Specialist II and previously as Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Lesley has developed strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers through effective communication and support during the hiring process. Lesley's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rowan University, an Academic Credit Certificate in Paralegal Studies, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Brookdale Community College.
