Nicole Tang

Nicole Tang is an Associate Scientist at Innophos, a position held since June 2022. Prior experience includes serving as the IFT Student Representative for the Rutgers Undergraduate Food Science Club, where communication with various stakeholders was key. Nicole's internship experience spans roles at Panos Brands, LLC and Nestlé Health Science, focusing on product development and research, including shelf-life studies and stability screening tests for tube feeding formulas. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and an internship as an Undergraduate Research Assistant. Early work includes a plant breeding internship at Rutgers Gardens and tutoring at Monroe Township Public Library.
