Ryan Yanosy

Ryan Yanosy has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the chemical industry. Ryan is currently the Senior Vice President of Operations at Innophos, a position they have held since September 2020. Prior to this, Ryan served as the Director of Operations at Elementis Global from July 2014 to September 2020, where they were responsible for environmental health and safety, capital, and overall operations for multiple global sites. Before joining Elementis, Ryan held the position of Operation Director at Jiaxing ICL Chemical Co. Ltd from May 2012 to June 2014, and Technical Manager/Project Engineer Leader from January 2008 to May 2012. Ryan also worked as a Group Leader in R&D Analytical and Process Technology Support at Supresta from January 2006 to January 2007, and as a Process Engineer I from January 2005 to January 2006. Ryan began their career at AkzoNobel in June 2000, where they served as a Research Engineer II and III until January 2005, overseeing lab scale and pilot plant experiments for new product development.

Ryan Yanosy earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute between the years 1995 and 2000. In addition, they also obtained a Certificate of Engineering in Engineering from the University of Sussex during the academic year 1997-1998.
