Nash Ogden has extensive work experience in various industries. Nash is currently the CEO of ITkingsman, where they are revolutionizing talent search and creating a unique compensation structure for employees. Prior to this, Nash was a co-founder of TargetBay, a SaaS eCommerce marketing platform that significantly increased online revenue for clients. Nash also co-founded The Commerce Shop, specializing in growing eCommerce revenue, and Innoppl Inc., an IT development firm with expertise in medical mobile app development. Additionally, Nash worked as a Principal at Neri Capital Partners, helping entrepreneurs make successful exits, and as a member and co-chair of Sales & Marketing SIG at Kettering Executive Network, Inc. Moreover, they served as the Interim COO/Director of Administration at Bake One and as the Director of Engineering and Maintenance at Standard Functional Foods Group, Inc. Nash has a long history of leadership and philanthropy, including serving as President/Foundation Board Member/International Chair at Atlanta Peachtree Rotary Club and as the Founder/President of Art of Baking Distribution.

Nash Ogden earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College, which they completed from 1978 to 1982. Nash later pursued an MBA in Operations and Marketing at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, where they studied from 1984 to 1986. In 1985, Nash also briefly attended Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administracion (IESA) for an MBA in International Business.
