Kelsey Beuning

Kelsey Beuning is a Senior Associate at Innosight where she works with clients to develop transformative growth strategies. She joined Innosight as an analyst in 2019. Kelsey enjoys collaborating with companies as they become future-fit and integrate sustainable thinking into their business models.

Prior to joining Innosight, Kelsey worked in TMT and not-for-profit consulting, with a focus on developing and vetting new business ventures and M&A in Europe, North America, and the Middle East. She also previously worked in sustainability strategy for a global technology company, helping to develop customer-focused business opportunities based around environmental and social metrics. During her Masters’, she served as a research assistant for Leaders on Purpose, a global partner institute between Harvard, LSE, and the World Bank, studying the impact of purpose-driven leadership in multinational corporations.

Kelsey received her Global MSc in Management from the London School of Economics with a CEMS dual degree from the University of St. Gallen. She also holds a BA in International Economics and Strategic Communications from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
