Rustin Fakheri

Rustin Fakheri currently serves as an Associate Partner (Senior Director) at Innosight, starting in July 2024. Previously, Rustin held the position of Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from July 2020 to May 2024, where responsibilities included leading engagements with private- and public-sector clients in the healthcare ecosystem and co-leading undergraduate recruiting at Yale. Prior experience includes roles at the Yale Club of Washington, D.C., as a board member, and at Atlantic Media as a Product Manager focused on consulting products for executives. Rustin began a career at Capital One, contributing as an Analyst in New Product Development and later as an Associate in Corporate Strategy. Rustin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Engineering Sciences—Mechanical from Yale University in May 2012.
