Elena Aristova

Elena Aristova is an experienced HR professional specializing in organizational development and compensation and benefits. Currently serving as the Head of Personnel Assessment at Innostage since May 2022, Elena previously held the positions of HR Business Partner and Senior HR-Generalist at OJSC AKIBANK from May 2011 to May 2022, where significant projects included the creation of effective organizational structures and the implementation of a KPI-based compensation system. Earlier, Elena worked as a Manager for Organizational Development and Labor Incentives at JSC KAMAZ from September 2009 to May 2011, focusing on organizational development initiatives.
