Maxim Surov

Maxim Surov is an accomplished Solution Architect with extensive experience across various companies in the technology sector. Currently employed at Innostage since July 2022 and simultaneously contributing to EPAM Systems as a Solution Architect and previously as a Lead Software Engineer since July 2016, Maxim specializes in middleware solutions utilizing open-source technologies and microservices. Prior roles include serving as a Solution Architect/Senior Java Developer at Lanit from 2011 to 2016, where Maxim focused on integration solutions based on Spring Integration and Java EE. Earlier career highlights include positions as CTO/Lead Developer at TNDMSoft and Anfyteam, where Maxim led high-load enterprise portal architecture and mobile software development, respectively. Maxim's career began as a Senior Java Developer/Team Lead at Deutsche Bank and later as a Java Developer at E-Style Software House. Maxim holds a degree from Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky.
