Marina Ciriani

Marina Ciriani, PhD is currently the Lab head of the flow chemistry group at InnoSyn B.V. Marina has extensive experience in developing and optimizing continuous flow projects, managing customer relationships, and crafting proposals from experimental design to cost evaluation. Prior to their current role, Marina held various positions at Hovione, including Process Safety and Scale-up Design Scientist, PhD Student, and Researcher in R&D Process Chemistry Development. Marina also has experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Research Assistant, Math Tutor, and Cashier in different organizations. Marina holds a PhD in Continuous flow process development - Medicinal Chemistry, an MSc in Pharmaceutical Engineering, and a BSc in Chemical and Biological Engineering.
