Previously, Tiago worked as a Junior Business Manager at AMT Consulting, specializing in SAP SuccessFactors, and participated in multiple implementation projects. Additionally, leadership skills were demonstrated as President of the Student Union at Pio XII University College. Tiago's background includes internships in HR and hospitality management, alongside a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor’s degree in Management from ISCTE Business School and ongoing Master's studies in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
