Curtis Jones

Curtis graduated as Valedictorian from Penn State with a Bachelor of Science in Information Sciences and Technology. During his education, Curtis completed several internships, working closely with an ISP and telecommunication giants in the Philadelphia area, and helped design new technology for providing high speed, reliable, and dedicated bandwidth to small and medium-sized companies using fiber optic and copper transport.

Curtis joined InnoTek in 2016 and brought with him strong Policy and Procedure building experience. This experience helped build InnoTek’s operational team into an effective group of service delivery teams. In just a few short years, Curtis has worked his way up to VP of Operations, and he now guides InnoTek's Service Delivery Teams to provide clients with outstanding IT support and professional services.

Curtis is part of several national MSP Peer groups that discuss cutting-edge technology and keep InnoTek up to date with trends and developments in the IT field.
