Frédéric Julien is the Chief People Officer at Ÿnsect, where they lead HR initiatives for a rapidly growing team and contribute to innovative social policies. They have extensive experience in various HR roles across large organizations, including Stellantis and Faurecia, and have a proven track record in managing employee relations, recruitment, and restructuring. Frédéric holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Organisational Behaviour and Analysis from Lancaster University, and continues to expand their expertise in international management through ESSEC Business School.
